Ho'o Nohona Maluhia is made up of incredible woman contractors from around the world that have all agreed to hold space for our customers by facilitating our Passage Retreats and leading our coaching programs.

- Have integrity and a strong sense of self
- Know how to listen, empathize and give support
- Have done substantial self discovery work
- Have empathy for people
- Can handle difficult people and don’t get flustered easily
- Are adaptable and reliable
- Know how to have fun
- Have excellent listening skills
- Have a flexible schedule
- Are good at marketing and sharing the vision
- Are prepared to follow the retreat program as prescribed
- Are Coachable, Centered, Adaptable, Worthy, Strong, Entrepreneurial, Reliable, and Drug Free
- Certifications
- TPW Coaches are required to have a Coaching Certification from a credible Organization
- Through Coach For Life, TPW offers Life Coaching Training twice a year in Maui.
