Passage Cancellation Policy:
- With notice of more than 14 days prior to arrival date, the total amount of the first payment will be refunded, less a cancellation fee of $100 per person.
- With notice of 8 to 13 days prior to arrival date, cancellation fee is equal to $500 per person, with the balance resulting in a refund back to your credit card.
- With notice of 7 days or less before arrival date, 50% of payment is non-refundable, and the remainder will be credited back to your credit card.
Passage Money-back Policy:
- If you are unhappy with your Passage for any reason, TPW will refund 100% on your monies paid up to 10 days following your passage.
